Welcome to Xtra Moments! Please take a moment to review our terms before booking your event.

1. Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

2. Travel & Setup
Travel is included within the Moreton Bay region. Additional fees apply for locations outside this area (from $50–$150 depending on distance). We require access to the venue at least 1 hour before your event for setup.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

4. Event Responsibilities
We provide all materials, workshop hosts, and pack-down support. However, we ask that a responsible adult be present at kids' events. Any damages caused by guests may incur an additional fee.

5. Personalisation
All personalised items must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to your event. Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed.

6. Safety & Insurance
Our team holds valid blue cards, first aid, and insurance coverage. Please inform us of any allergies or accessibility needs prior to the event.
